NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - Norfolk police are investigating a shooting in Ocean View.
Officers were sent out to the 200 block of West Ocean View Avenue around 5:30 a.m.
A WAVY News 10 crew arrived to find a Norfolk Police Forensic Unit on scene investigating.
Police spokeswoman Karen Parker-Chesson said investigators learned several male suspects and a female suspect forced their way into a home and started a fight with the victim, during which he was shot.
The victim is in serious condition.
There is no suspect information at this time and a motive has not been released.
