NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY - Chris Amos with Norfolk Police reports officers are currently working a bank robbery at 870 North Military Highway.
Amos said the robbery at the PNC Bank occurred around 4:30 p.m. when a man and woman entered the bank, demanded money and left with an undisclosed amount of money.
The female suspect is described as being 23 to 28 years old, about 5 and a half feet tall, with blond hair in a ponytail. She was wearing a shirt that revealed a mole on her back.
The male suspect was driving the getaway car -- a blue or dark green, four-door, older model Camry style vehicle.
No further information was available directly after the robbery, but WAVY.com will update this story as more information becomes available.
