HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) - A man was shot and killed outside a Hampton restaurant early Sunday morning.
Police responded to the 1400 block of E. Pembroke Avenue just before 2 a.m. for reports of a shooting outside Jack's Restaurant. Officers arrived and found 27-year-old Charlie Moses Woodbury of Hampton on the ground suffering from a gunshot to the upper torso.
Medics took Woodbury to a local hospital where he later died from his injuries, according to a press release from Hampton Police.
According to Police, Woodbury got into an argument with the suspect outside the restaurant and at some point the suspect pulled out a gun and shot him.
No information on the suspect has been released.
