Weather prompts school cancellations

PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) - Because of the threat of severe weather across the viewing area, several school systems have canceled after school activities Tuesday.
The following school systems have canceled activities:
- Norfolk
- Suffolk
- Virginia Beach
- York County
- Hampton
The entire WAVY viewing area was under a Tornado Watch until 7 p.m. Tuesday evening.
