Rigell assesses Eastern Shore damage

EASTERN SHORE, Va. (WAVY) - 10 On Your Side was the only local news crew to fly over the Eastern Shore with Congressman Scott Rigell (R) Friday, as he assessed damage brought on by Hurricane Sandy.
The trip was paid with out of pocket expenses - no taxpayer money was used.
