NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - Two local Red Cross workers are heading south ahead of Tropical Storm Isaac.
The two men will be traveling to Port Allen, Louisiana. They told WAVY.com they want to be in place when the storm hits to provide disaster assistance to people along the Gulf Coast.
The two men are from the American Red Cross' Williamsburg office.
