NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - Norfolk streets began flooding early Sunday morning as Hurricane Sandy made its way slowly into the area.
Streets surrounding the Hague in Norfolk flooded and were impassable to drivers. Some buildings had entrances blocked off to keep water out. As residents woke up early Sunday, they quickly realized they were going to have to move to another location.
Flood waters also reached the Larchmont neighborhood of Norfolk Monday morning.
