WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (WAVY) - Will it be Tim Tebow or Mark Sanchez? That's what Jets fans are asking.  Tebow didn't shy around the question.  He knew when he was at William & Mary's all-pro camp that Coach  Jimmye Laycocke is dealing with the same issues as his new coach Rex Ryan is pondering.  They're both in search of a number one guy. Tebow knows what Tribe Quarterback's Michael Graham and Brent Caprio are dealing with he had this advice to offer up.

"First of all don't listen to what people say, it's also something that I was talking to the kids about is you can't listen to what people say. There's only a few things that you can control, you attitude, your effort and how good of a teammate you can be, and your enthusiasm everyday," said Tebow.

He didn't get nearly as much attention as Tim Tebow did at camp this morning, but he's got something that Tebow doesn't -- a Super Bowl ring.  Victor Cruz was at the All-Pro camp this morning.  He's came from UMass, a Division 1-AA school, but still is making a name for himself  in the league.  He's enjoying being a champion and had a good message for the kids.

"I feel so lucky to be a part of the one of four Super Bowl wins in Giants history," said Cruz.
