PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) - He was an All-ACC first-teamer at the University of Virginia. Now, Mike Scott from Chesapeake is hoping to fulfill a lifetime dream by hearing his name called in tomorrow nights NBA draft. WAVY's Brian Parsons has the story.
