NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - Richard Panik, bloodied after taking a puck to the face, scored the game winner in overtime as the Norfolk Admirals eliminated the Connecticut Whale in six games, with the 2-1 win at Norfolk Scope.
The Admirals advance to the Eastern Conference finals where they will face the winner of the series between St. John's and Wilkes Barre-Scranton.
