NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - Dominion Virginia Power crews are heading to New Jersey Friday morning ahead of a Nor'easter that could bring high winds and snow across the East Coast.
According to Bonita Harris with Dominion, the crew will be in the area around Morristown, New Jersey for two weeks.
