RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) - Two protesters are due in court as the Occupy Raleigh movement marks the 100th day since it began in October.

Raleigh police say the two men were charged during Sunday's demonstration in the center of North Carolina's capital. Police say the two pedestrians refused several requests to step out of the street and were charged with blocking traffic.

About 60 people marched, chanted and carried signs after gathering at the old state Capitol Building.

Occupy Raleigh says its goal is raising awareness about economic justice and against corporate influence over elections and politics. The group has camped out for more than a month on an empty downtown lot that members lease for about $400 a month.
