VSP responds to fire in Accomack County

ACCOMACK COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) - State police responded to a structure fire Tuesday evening in the Painter section of Accomack County.

According to Michelle Anaya with the Virginia State Police, the fire was reported just after 9 p.m. in the 31000 block of Lankford Highway.

Anaya said it is undetermined whether the structure was abandoned or not, or whether arson was the cause of the fire.
