Teen indicted in fatal head-on crash

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - A 19-year-old was indicted on involuntary manslaughter charges Monday for his role in a head-on crash that killed a 27-year-old woman.

Brian Thomas Herzing of Virginia Beach crashed into another vehicle in the 400 block of Princess Anne Road on the morning of Jan. 23.

Herzing was driving southbound and the woman was driving northbound.
