VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - Officials say a seal with a possible injured flipper hung out on an Oceanfront beach Friday.
According to Linda Chandler with the Virginia Aquarium, the seal went back into the water after laying on the beach for a while.
Members with the aquarium's Stranding Response Team remained on scene to monitor the seal Friday afternoon.
