VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - 10 On Your Side got a copy of the Virginia Beach Health Departmen t's recent inspection of the Motel 6 on Euclid Road, where a woman says her baby ingested cocaine found on a spoon.

The report cites several findings, but the most intriguing were a blood stained mattress, mold and a drug pipe. WAVY.com asked if any of those discoveries were considered critical violations.

In an email, a health department supervisor wrote, "Blood stains and mold can be an issue depending on how severe it is. All of these violations will or already have been corrected."

The health department will return to the motel in two weeks for a follow up inspection.
