VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - Virginia Beach police are looking for two women who stole from elementary schools and private day care facilities across the city since November 2011.
Police said the suspects entered the schools or day cares and provided false information in order to gain access to the building.
When the suspects targeted day care facilities, they requested a tour to obtain access.
Police said the suspects would then enter classrooms, offices, and libraries and take unattended personal property including purses, credit cards, and money.

The suspects may be in an older model light blue Oldsmobile or Buick with damage to the front passenger side door and fender. The vehicle may also have missing hubcaps.
Police released surveillance photos of the two women as well as images of the vehicle. The picture showing the woman wearing a hat was taken at Bayside Elementary on November 1.
