CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) - Chesapeake responders paired with Naval Air Station Oceana Thursday for a simulated oil spill.

The goal of the activity was for first responders to work alongside the Navy during times of crisis, like last year's jet crash in Virginia Beach.

The drill was held at Naval Auxiliary Landing Field Fentress in Chesapeake.
