VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - Two brothers found dead inside of a fast food restaurant earlier this week were remembered by their friends, family and co-workers Thursday night.
Alphonso White was closing up shop at Rally's restaurant in the 800 block of Lynnhaven Parkway Monday evening and his brother, Michael Johnson, was meeting him there.
A delivery driver made the gruesome discovery just after 2 a.m. Tuesday morning.
White's fiance Jessica Haynes clutched the couple's newborn son and remembered Rally's as the last place she knew Alphonso to be.
"I know this is the last place he was and he never walked out of that building," Haynes said. "He didn't walk out. He's still there to me."
