VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - "Terminate Breast Cancer" took the top award at Friday evening's Bra-Ha-Ha award ceremony in Chesapeake.
"There are 117 bra makers this year. These women put their heart and souls into their bras and you can tell they're beautiful," Brenda Kuntz with the Chesapeake Regional Health Foundation said.

Boutique Bra-Ha-Ha was held last week at La Promenade Distinctive Shoppes. Guests purchased $10 tickets to view dozens of decorated bras, participate in a silent auction and receive special discounts to benefit break cancer education.
Proceeds went toward the Breast Center at Chesapeake Regional , which includes free mammograms given to uninsured and underinsured women in Hampton Roads.
"Mine was caught through a mammogram so had I not had it, who knows where I would be," said bra designer Bambi Rivera who was diagnosed with breast cancer last year.
The Bra-Ha-Ha exhibit will be in Greenbrier Mall Oct. 1 through 13.
