ACCOMACK, Va. (WAVY) - Two more fires on the Eastern Shore early Sunday morning are being investigated as arson.
Fire crews and State Police investigators responded to the 24300 block of John Cane Road around 1 a.m. Sunday and found two structures on fire.
Investigators say that the fire was started at an unoccupied single-wide trailer and then the flames spread to the second structure, an unoccupied labor house, which sat about 50 yards away in the 24400 block of John Cane Road.
No injuries were reported.
State Police are investigating the fire and urging the public to come forward with information. A $25,000 reward is being offered for any information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or people responsible for setting nearly 70 fires since November.
