Super load move could impact traffic

SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - A large truck making its way through Suffolk Thursday could cause traffic delays.

The super load move is expected to start at 9 p.m. on Nov. 8 and end around 5 a.m. the next morning.

According to the City of Suffolk, the escorted truck moving the H & K 120 Valve Delta Can Filtration system will start the move in Ball Ground, Georgia and travel from the Franklin Bypass to Route 58 East to the Route 13/58/460 Suffolk Bypass to Interstate 664 to the 6700 block of College Drive.

The load is 13 feet 6 inches tall, 16 feet 3 inches wide, 80 feet long and will weigh 90,000 pounds.
