SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - A robber held up the Wilco Hess gas station off Holland Road Sunday night.
A Suffolk police spokeswoman said a suspect entered the gas station in the 1500 block of Holland Road just before 8 p.m. He did not display a weapon but was able to flee after taking an undisclosed amount of money.
The suspect is described as a black male with a thin build, about 5'9" tall, between the age of 30 and 40. He was wearing a green sweater, green hat, black jeans and a brown shirt at the time of the robbery.
No one was injured in the incident.
The Suffolk Police K-9 unit assisted in the search for the suspect.
