NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - Norfolk Public Works officials said they spent Friday evening ensuring the safety of bridges, overpasses and underpasses.
Officials told WAVY's Anita Blanton due to slick conditions, crews were treating 18 bridges, 10 overpasses and nine underpasses.
