HAMPTON ROADS, Va. (WAVY) - Local Salvation Army bell ringers say they're about 80-thousand dollars short of last year's campaign, and they need your help.
The charity has just four more days to make up the difference.
It's actually better than the $150,000 shortfall from earlier this year.
They use the money to send at-risk children to camps and after-school programs. So when you're doing your last-minute holiday shopping, be sure to listen for those bell ringers and give what you can.
