PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) - Everyone at WAVY News 10 and Fox 43 would like to congratulate Rhonda Arrington on being named the new Face of FOX 43 Monday evening.

Rhonda will appear regularly on FOX 43, as well as WAVY News 10 and The Hampton Roads Show.
