PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) - The City of Portsmouth is spraying for mosquitoes next week.
The City, along with the Army Corps of Engineers will begin aerial spraying at Craney Island and Churchland starting Monday, Aug. 27 between 6:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.
Officials say anyone with allergic reactions should stay inside.
If conditions do not allow for spraying, it will be rescheduled to Aug. 28.
