PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) - Investigators are working to find out what sparked a house fire in Portsmouth Wednesday morning.

Crews responded to a home on Travis Place off Victory Boulevard around 8:30 a.m. and had the fire under control within 15 minutes.
