NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - A former waitress at a popular Norfolk eatery is wanted by police for alleged credit card theft and fraud. Norfolk Police say they have warrants for Julia Dabdee's arrest. She was a waitress at Doumar's restaurant.

She allegedly used the credit card number from a customer to buy something for herself.

Thad Doumar said Dabdee no longer works at Doumar's.

"I don't know how she would get that information because we have no record of it here," he said. "I'm shocked that it could have happened."

Dabdee has a previous conviction for obtaining money under flase pretenses.
