The Up Center holds annual meeting

NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - The Up Center held its annual meeting in Norfolk Oct. 16.

The group works to help thousands of people in Hampton Roads with job training, foster parenting, adoption, mentoring, housing counseling and much more.

Recipients and volunteers shared their stories at the meeting. The organization accepts monetary donations as well as volunteer time.
