NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - Friday, residents of the Rotunda Lofts will be allowed to go back to their homes for most of the day, but they still cannot spend the night.
Investigators are still looking for the arsonist who set five fires in the condo complex in little over a week.
The Fire Marshal's Office said tenants can return home form 7 a.m. until 7 p.m., but the building will not have power.
The city told the building's owners to upgrade the building's security system. The board met with the city this week to finalize the plan for improvements.
