NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - The All Rise America National Motorcycle Relay for Recovery made a stop in Norfolk Tuesday to celebrate the success of recovering drug addicts.
The relay began in California at the beginning of May and the riders carried the “all rise gavel” over 3,000 miles, stopping in two dozen cities to honor those who have struggled and all those who have madeit possible.
At each stop, the gavel was passed to a new group of riders.
The final stop is Thursday in Washington DC.
