NSU's high risk program kicks off

NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - Norfolk State University's president kicked off the first of a slew of educational programs about high-risk behaviors Monday with a "Lets talk about sex" program
Dr. Tony Atwater says the program is one of many aimed at keeping students informed and safe.
"It's important to be aware of high-risk behaviors and also to take the initiative to be individually responsible for your welfare health-wise and otherwise."
The campaign will also target behaviors such as cyber bullying, substance abuse and hazing.
