NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - A Norfolk judge Tuesday ordered no-show Norfolk employee Jill McGlone will not have to pay back a dime.

McGlone filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy earlier this year and a judge discharged her debt.

For 12 years, McGlone collected more than $300,000 in pay and benefits until May 2010 as an employee of Norfolk Community Services Board, not showing up to work.
