NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - Elizabeth River Crossings (ERC) has rescheduled paving operations originally planned for Tuesday, Nov. 6 at the I-264 Downtown Tunnel, due to poor weather conditions.

The left lane of the eastbound I-264 Downtown Tunnel will now be closed Thursday, Nov. 8 from 8 p.m. until 5 a.m. to complete paving work.
