Couple wins wedding at Botanical Garden

NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - A couple won a $20,000 wedding package at Norfolk Botanical Garden this weekend.

Judges selected Melissa and Aaron from the three couples left in the competition. There was a total of 500 entries submitted.

To enter the contest, brides shared their love stories and explained what winning the ceremony would mean to their families.

It was all part of the 5th annual Bridal Open House at the Norfolk Botanical Garden.

Those not involved in the contest had the chance to see different vendors and a bridal fashion show. Door prizes included $2,500 in jewelry and a $3,000 honeymoon trip.
