Body found floating in Norfolk ID'd

NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - Norfolk Police are investigating a undetermined death after a man's body was found floating Monday night.

Chris Amos with the Norfolk Police Department said the body of 49-year-old Alphonzo James Miller was found around 7 p.m. in the 500 block of Dundaff Street. No further information was immediately available.

The body was sent to the Medical Examiner's Office for an exact cause of death. Amos said no signs of trauma was found on the body.
