Adoption fees reduced at Norfolk SPCA

NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - Get $47 taken off your adoption fee at Norfolk SPCA if you come in wearing your favorite football team's jersey!
The promotion will last between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at 916 Ballentine Blvd. The NPSCA recently acquired eight puppies to add to its adoption lineup!
