NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - Twenty-five police officers graduated from the Norfolk Police Academy Thursday.

The new officers completed 20 grueling weeks of intense physical and mental training at the academy. They will spend the next three months field training with experienced officers before going out on their own.

This will be the 90th graduating class, consisting of 23 men and two women.
