NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - It's a big day in the OpSail celebration. Friday is the Parade of Sail.
That's when more than 100 ships lined up outside the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel and sailed into Hampton Roads. The ships went over the HRBT and headed down the Elizabeth River before docking in Norfolk.
WAVY TV 10 General Manager Doug Davis shot a panoramic view of OpSail 2012 Virginia from Downtown Norfolk.
Businesses are also looking to cash in on this weekend's festivities. OpSail is expected to attract thousands of people. 10 On Your Side's Liz Palka joined us with a look at what local businesses are expecting.
