JAMES CITY COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) - The Fire Marshals Office has arrested a woman accused of setting a home on fire on Nov. 29.
Renee Dallman with James City County said officials arrested Encela Pardo, 38, in connection to the fire on Richmond Road. Pardo reportedly admitted to fire marshals she set the fire in a bedroom that was used for storage and left the home.
The fire sparked just after 10 a.m. in the 9100 block of Richmond Road. Firefighters were able to get the fire under control within 20 minutes.
All occupants were out of the home and no one was injured.
