Man wanted for stealing chainsaws

HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) - Hampton Police are asking for the public's help in finding a man wanted for larceny from a business.

Cpl. Jason Price with Hampton Police says the incident occurred on April 30 at 9:30 a.m., when a suspect entered MK Taylor Contracting in the 700 block of Norwood Circle and stole two chainsaws.

Price says the suspect then left the scene in a dark-colored Volvo 4-door vehicle.

The suspect is described as a white man in his 20s, approximately 5-foot-9 or 5-foot-11 with a thin build and short brown hair.

Anyone with information on this crime is asked to call the Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP.
