HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) - Police are investigating a case of child neglect after two juveniles were left inside a hot vehicle in Hampton Thursday morning.
Cpl. Jason Price with the Hampton Police Department told WAVY.com the incident occurred around 10:30 a.m. in the Target parking lot located at 5001 Holt Avenue. When officers arrived on scene, they located the two juveniles.
A report was taken for child neglect and Child Protective Services was called.
Further information was not immediately available and it is unknown at this time if any arrests have been made.
