HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) - A juvenile was struck by a vehicle in Hampton Tuesday morning and suffered only minor injuries, according to police.
Sgt. Jason Price with the Hampton Police Division told WAVY.com the child was struck around 8:30 a.m. Dispatchers say this occurred in the area of Little Back River Road and Glenwood Road.
According to Price, the child suffered minor injuries and was being treated at the scene. The investigation is ongoing but no charges have been filed. Price said the driver stayed at the scene.
