County on edge after 19th arson

ACCOMACK COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) - Within a matter of nine days, officials say 19 abandoned structures have been set aflame in Accomack County.
Virginia State Police say an abandoned building was on set on fire Thursday evening just before 9 p.m. in Melfa on Beacon Road, very close to a previous fire.
No one has been injured in the fires and they have all involved abandoned structures.
Anyone with suspect or incident information is asked to call the state police headquarters at 1-800-582-8350 or 757-424-6820 or contact the Accomack County Sheriff's Office at 757-787-1131.
A reward of up to $5,000 is being offered as incentive.
