Woman faces animal cruelty charges

SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - A 19-year-old faces animal cruelty charges involving 10 animals at her Suffolk home.
Debbie George with Suffolk Police says Jessica Colleran, from the 200 block of North Lloyd Street, was charged May 15 with three counts of inadequate care of animals and one count of animal cruelty for lack of animal care.
Colleran was released on summonses.
