NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WAVY) - A customer at a Newport News convenience store says she was the victim of theft.
At around 7:30 p.m. on Sept. 13, the 26-year-old Virginia Beach woman left her purse on the counter at the Zotas Citgo at 12100 Jefferson Avenue. Police say another woman came in the store and grabbed the woman's wallet, which contained cash and credit cards.
Police released surveillance photos of the suspect and her vehicle.
