Windsor man faces incest charges

ISLE OF WIGHT COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) - The Isle of Wight County Sheriff’s Office has charged a Windsor man with nine counts of incest stemming from alleged incidents between 1998 and 2001.
Capt. Richard Gaddis with the Isle of Wight County Sheriff’s Office said deputies arrested Carl Douglas Noce, 56, at the Surry Power Station where he worked Thursday.
A report was made with deputies in September by a family member on allegations of incest, Gaddis said. Deputies will not release any information on the incidents that might identify the victim or victims.
Noce is being held at Western Tidewater Regional Jail without bond pending a hearing on Oct. 9.
