NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - Someone broke several windows and a security monitor at Granby High School Monday night.
Chris Amos with the Norfolk Police Department told WAVY.com a custodian at Granby received a call from the school’s security company around 10:30 p.m. When he arrived on scene, he found a window to the teacher’s entrance door broken. He then called police.
Once officers were on scene, they found a second window broken. K-9 units checked the building and did not find anyone inside.
A glass door leading to the security office was also discovered broken inside the cafeteria. A security monitor, valued at $400, was also damaged.
There is no suspect description and no arrests have been made at this time. Anyone with information is urged to call the Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-UP.
