Two charged in massage parlor bust

NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WAVY) - Two women have been issued summons after an undercover prostitution sting inside a Newport News massage parlor.

According to Harold Eley with the Newport News Police Department, officers received numerous complaints about Luxe Massage Therapy located at 368 Denbigh Blvd. As a result, police conducted an undercover prostitution operation.

Ping Fin, 53, was issued a summons for obscene exhibition as a result of the operation, Eley said. Shizi Cao, 51, was issued a summons for prostitution and not remedy inflammable/unsafe condition.

Prostitution is a class 1 misdemeanor and the unsafe condition is a class 4 misdemeanor.

The investigation is ongoing at this time.
